D’ette and Carl Hamilton are Louisiana natives with a true passion for quality Louisiana cooking. They started BeBe’s Crav’n Cajun in 2012, naming their business after their son Brennan. There is a lot of buzz going around The Woodlands area about their delicious boiled crawfish, but we have been informed by several foodies, that crawfish is where the menu starts. “You truly cannot go wrong with anything on the menu.”
FUN FACT: They have done several crawfish boils for former Harlem Globetrotters of at least 250 people.
Q: What is your favorite thing on the menu?
A: Favorite dish on the menu is “Shrimp n Grits”…this dish is something my husband and I just played around in the kitchen with one morning…and said “We should sell this”, our crawfish etouffee is a favorite of the customers as well.
Q: If you could make one dish & serve it to any celebrity, what would you make & who would be the lucky recipient?
A: “I would cook Shrimp n Grits for Steve Harvey…that was my son’s pick b/c Steve loves to eat, give his best opinion. WE JUST LOVE STEVE HARVEY”
